As a little girl I can still remember coming home to the smell of fresh baked cookies. My Mother always made cookie baking a family affair, and thus my love for baking cookies originated. I have carried on my Mother's tradition with my own children. Giving the cookies away at Christmas time, and making them for parties, everyone has always told me that they were good enough to sell. So here I am, hoping that you will enjoy what I make! Each cookie is made with real butter, eggs or egg beaters (for the cholesterol watchers), vanilla, the finest pecans, oats, and sugars. I hope that my cookies will help to bring memories into your home, as they have done for mine. You can be assured that they won't stay around long once you taste them!
